GhostIndex provides listings, structured offers, and messaging. It is not a marketplace, broker, dealer, escrow service, authenticator, insurer, payment processor, or shipping provider.
Beta Trades are in beta. Safety reports are reviewed, but every exchange and payment still happens outside GhostIndex.
GhostIndex never takes possession of collectibles or funds and does not inspect, grade, authenticate, package, ship, insure, settle, or reverse a trade. A listing, offer, acceptance, message, estimated value, or collection record is not a guarantee that an item exists, is genuine, matches its description, or will be delivered.
Actions inside GhostIndex record collector intent only. They do not create a purchase contract, transfer ownership, authorize a payment, or obligate either person to complete an exchange. Either collector may stop before completing a separate off-platform transaction.
Before proceeding, each collector is responsible for checking identity, reputation, current item photos, edition markings, packaging, condition, authenticity, ownership, shipping terms, insurance, tracking, payment protection, and applicable laws. Price estimates are informational and are not appraisals.
Do not use GhostIndex for counterfeit, stolen, or unlawfully obtained items; fraud; impersonation; harassment; threats; spam; evading platform restrictions; deceptive condition claims; or requesting passwords, security codes, or unnecessary financial information.
Collectors can report a listing, offer, conversation, or user. GhostIndex may review records, restrict features, close listings, suspend access, preserve evidence, or refer conduct to a platform or appropriate authority. A report does not guarantee recovery, resolution, reimbursement, or a particular outcome. For safety questions or report follow-up, contact us at support@ghostindex.net.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the trade features are provided as-is without warranties. Participants assume the risks of fraud, non-payment, non-delivery, loss, damage, counterfeit items, inaccurate descriptions, privacy exposure, and disputes arising from an off-platform exchange. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Offer messages, status changes, risk acknowledgements, and safety reports may be stored to operate and protect the platform. Share only information needed to evaluate a trade. Do not post payment credentials, passwords, government identification numbers, or private information about another person.
